Kazuhito is worried about one of his beloved bookstores, Honda Bookseller's, owned by the amiable but incompetent Fumio Honda. The thought of the shop facing bankruptcy and Fumio disappearing in the dead of night feels all too possible. Eager to help, Kazuhito rushes to the store with his favorite bag in tow, only to find himself unexpectedly caught up in an escape plan with Yayoi Honda, Fumio's runaway daughter. Together, they navigate the chaos of her flight from home, adding an unexpected twist to Kazuhito's day.
