Defenders of the Earth (1986)

Episode Overview

Imprisoned in Ming's dungeon, Rick and Jedda overhear a plot by Octon and Garax to stage a rebellion against Ming. To secure their release, the Defenders offer their assistance. As the uprising commences, Octon reaches out to Monitor for support, but Flash and the other Defenders see this as another of Ming's treacherous traps. Despite differing opinions from Rick, L.J., and Jedda, they, along with Kshin and Zuffy as hidden passengers, set off to Ice Station Earth to confront Ming. Upon arrival, they find the remnants of Ming's headquarters, realizing it’s a ruse by the Three Sorcerers of Teros to capture Rick and extract secrets from his mind. Just as the Sorcerers spring their trap, Flash, Mandrake, Lothar, and the Phantom arrive to fight back. Flash destroys the crystals holding the Sorcerers, while Mandrake
