Defenders of the Earth (1986)

Episode Overview

The Defenders are intrigued when they receive a challenge to match Dynak-X against a chess-playing computer, unaware that this is part of Ming's scheme to insert an electronic maggot into Dynak's systems. His goal is to turn Dynak against them and gain control of global weapon systems. Once Mandrake discovers the maggot's presence, he uses Rick's newly invented Microniser ray—opting for technology over magic—to shrink Rick, LJ, Jedda, and Kisa (Jedda's panther companion) down to microscopic size, allowing them to infiltrate Dynak and locate the invasive creature.
