Defenders of the Earth (1986)

Episode Overview

Graviton uncovers that the necklace Jedda is wearing is a counterfeit, prompting Ming to seek retribution against Hadea. Meanwhile, The Phantom escapes Hadea's stronghold with the authentic necklace, only to be apprehended at Ming's fortress just as the other Defenders arrive to witness the event. Hadea and her troops soon confront Ming, overpowering his robots, and demand the return of her necklace and King. Graviton then appears, expressing his desire for the necklace as well. Ming proposes a truce, but as Graviton is briefly distracted by the fake necklace, he and Hadea are suddenly banished to the Kingdom of "Oblivion." Meanwhile, Flash orchestrates an aerial attack, allowing the captured Defenders to make their escape. Later, Jedda discreetly destroys the counterfeit.
