Episode Overview

Bob and Amy attempt to potty train Charlie, but when she accidentally flushes her toys down the toilet, Bob is left to deal with the plumbing disaster. In the process of fixing it, he accidentally breaks a pipe, causing water to spray everywhere, including the fuse box, which leads to a blackout. Meanwhile, PJ and Gabe decide to run a cable from Mrs. Dabney's fuse box to get the TV working for their game, ultimately resulting in a blackout at her house. At the same time, Teddy assists Ivy in getting ready for her first online chat with her crush, Raymond Blues.
