Episode Overview

After catching a discussion about nuclear war on Donahue, Louie becomes anxious and decides to build a bomb shelter in his garage. He organizes a weekend drill, inviting Jeff and Tony to join him. However, during the exercise, Louie realizes he might not be tough enough to endure a real crisis, as he hesitates to eject Jim, who has sneaked into the shelter wearing a radiation suit.
