With Hannah and Jamie both out of commission, Captain Sandy takes charge to assist her team. Adam feels his opportunity for redemption slip away when charter guest Kenny asks for an unexpected beach picnic. As Brooke and Kasey rise to the occasion in the absence of a third stew, they find that things are running more smoothly. Meanwhile, Conrad struggles to balance being supportive of Hannah while also proving to Sandy that he is meeting his responsibilities on deck. In a tense moment, Hannah crosses a boundary with Sandy that could jeopardize her entire charter season.
