A fresh addition to the crew seems to be missing some essential abilities, prompting Capt. Sandy to do everything she can to convince a deckhand to remain on board. Meanwhile, in the picturesque setting of Portofino, the deckhands tackle their toughest docking experience so far. Additionally, one of the stews becomes convinced that the chef is deliberately trying to undermine them.
