Title: The Concrete Overcoat Affair (2) Plot: In Italy, Solo is on a mission to uncover THRUSH's scheme to manipulate the Gulf Stream using heavy water. While evading THRUSH guards, he finds refuge beneath the bed of Pia Monteri. Solo narrowly avoids a forced marriage, as Pia's family believes her reputation is at stake. Her uncles, the retired Prohibition mobsters "Fingers," Enzo "Pretty," and Federico "Feet" Stilletto, are summoned. Meanwhile, Illya is enduring torture at the hands of Louis Strago's cruel assistant, Miss Diketon. Solo teams up with the Stilletto brothers to mount a rescue operation for Illya.
