Detective Kennex's former police partner goes undercover to infiltrate a dangerous drug ring, pretending to be a "cook" for a potent street drug known as "The Bends." Unfortunately, his disguise is compromised. As the drug investigation intensifies, Kennex and Dorian seek help from Rudy Lom to get to the bottom of the situation.
