A young woman, notorious for her scandalous behavior that has outraged her small village, is left with severe burns after a horrific accident. Surprisingly, she appears in her village church to seek redemption for her past misdeeds, despite being in a coma in the hospital. Just then, a man in a duffel coat and unkempt hair arrives with the solution to this mystery... but it's not Jonathan Creek this time!
