Episode Overview
Will is preparing to head off to college, and his new roommate from Seattle is quite the character, but Will knows he has to be accommodating since they’ll be living together for a year. Meanwhile, Bailey feels insecure about the new guy and they end up clashing. In response, Bailey finds his car and opts to move into a dorm to connect with others and move forward. As Will departs, Kristen takes a job in a distant location, prompting discussions with Charlie about how marriage might have changed their situation. Julia encourages Griffin to find his own place, but instead, he spends his savings on a car for her. After he confronts her boss, Julia gets fired and decides to leave for San Diego to start fresh. Claudia wishes her relationship with Byron mirrored Julia and Griffin's, but Byron seems more interested in Julia. Initially, Claudia blames Julia for the situation, but eventually, she recognizes that Byron is the one at fault.
