In the second-to-last episode of the All Stars competition, the chefs embark on a gastronomic adventure in Parma, renowned for its exquisite Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Prosciutto di Parma ham. After an exclusive tour of historic family-run factories producing these delicacies, the chefs must incorporate these premium ingredients into two courses for a distinguished panel of 16 Michelin stars. Pasta expert Chef Evan Funke joins Tom, Padma, Gail, and a lineup of acclaimed Italian chefs as guest judges. With only three chefs advancing to the finale, one competitor will face elimination.
