The Chefs face a shocking surprise when they walk into the kitchen, greeted by Padma and seven renowned all-star chefs—Amar Santana, Melissa King, Kwame Onwuachi, Dale Talde, Gregory Gourdet, Carrie Baird, and Richard Blais. In a fast-paced Quickfire Challenge, they have only 30 minutes to prepare eight breakfast plates. As if that wasn’t enough to stir up excitement, the Elimination Challenge requires them to craft dishes inspired by two beloved Portland beverages—Beer or Coffee. Tom makes a surprise appearance with a twist that forces the chefs to rethink their creations just hours before serving. Amar Santana and Dale Talde join Padma, Tom, and Gail at the judges' table.
