This season's Restaurant Wars brings an exciting twist as chefs are divided into two teams of four. Their challenge is to develop a unique restaurant concept along with a tasting menu. The stakes are raised as they must launch their establishments at the prestigious three Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth, with the judges observing their every move in the kitchen. Adding to the suspense, Jimi Famurewa, the Chief Restaurant Critic for the Evening Standard, dines at the restaurant and later joins Padma, Tom, and Gail at the judges' table to provide his insights.
