Episode Overview

In this episode of "Top Chef," the competition shifts to Wisconsin, featuring 15 talented chefs, a fresh set of rules, and new host Kristen Kish. This week, there's no Quickfire Challenge. Instead, Kristen, Tom, and Gail each assign five chefs to create a dish that exemplifies their culinary skills. The three standout dishes will earn a chance at victory, while the bottom three face elimination. Just when the tension rises, a significant twist is introduced before any chef is sent home. Joining the judges are local culinary stars Chef Paul Bartolotta and Adam Siegel, owner of Lupi & Iris.
