Episode Overview

A clever thief on a mountain bike is targeting people caught in traffic jams, robbing them at gunpoint and swiftly escaping through tight alleyways near the beach. Meanwhile, Chris and Cory go undercover as high-end escorts to track down a mysterious South American arms dealer known for his unique tattoo. Complicating their mission, Cory's new boyfriend's affluent parents are visiting and unaware of her true profession. Additionally, Elvis develops a crush on a girl at Helen's Bike Shop, ordering unnecessary parts just to see her. Struggling with his English, he seeks help from T.C. Callaway, but soon finds himself overwhelmed by his romantic pursuit.
