Episode Overview

As the team hunts for a trio of heavily armed robbers, T.C. unexpectedly encounters one of the suspects on the rooftop of a liquor store. When ordered to shoot, the young criminal hesitates and escapes, leaving T.C. shaken. This brush with danger drives T.C. into a downward spiral of reckless behavior as he becomes fixated on the case.
