Episode Overview

Cory's life takes a turn when he accidentally injures a deaf individual on the boardwalk, leading him to team up with Monica to investigate an underground network of deaf beggars overseen by a merciless figure known as the "King." It comes to light that Monica is fluent in sign language, a skill she acquired from her deaf mother. Meanwhile, Bobby Cruz finds himself reassigned to the horse patrol, where he chases down a group of mischief-making kids wreaking havoc on the boardwalk with a potato cannon.
