In 1969, Richard Nixon takes office following an extraordinary political resurgence, but his presidency depends on fulfilling a crucial pledge: to bring an end to the Vietnam War. As the war continues and the anti-war movement intensifies, Nixon becomes increasingly convinced that a conspiracy is brewing against him.
