At Jellystone Mall, both shoppers and employees are inexplicably losing their hair due to a mysterious figure known as the Clipper, coinciding with Yogi’s hat going missing. Determined to solve the mystery, Yogi and Boo Boo investigate and ultimately uncover that the culprits behind the hair mishaps are Moe and Joe Wendell, the owners of the Mops 'N' Tops wig shop.
