Derrick is in the hospital, while Johnny and Ava anxiously await updates on his condition. Johnny is frustrated with Mona for choosing to get her hair done rather than being at the restaurant to let the painters in to complete their work. Meanwhile, Mona's estranged husband arrives in town to finalize the divorce documents.
