Single mother Karen Petersen is having a fun evening out when a dashing cowboy manages to win her over and gain entry to her home. However, he soon turns violent, assaulting her and leaving her for dead. As more victims begin to surface, the police grow increasingly concerned that a serial killer is operating in their midst.
