In Detroit, Michigan, Jarod infiltrates the bomb squad, determined to track down a serial bomber responsible for blinding a woman in one of his horrific attacks. Concurrently, the Centre assigns Mr. Reines to uncover the source of the information being leaked to Jarod. He enlists Angelo's help to challenge Miss Parker, Sydney, and Broots, putting their skills to the test as they race against time to protect their secrets and stop the bomber.
