Gerard serves chicken liver, black pudding, and streaky bacon on toast for starters, followed by cider-roasted pork chops, and concludes with a strawberry and cream filo tart for dessert. He admits to the camera that he feels anxious since this is his first time hosting a sit-down dinner alone. However, as the evening unfolds, the focus shifts from food to guest dynamics.
