Kicking off the dinner party is the enthusiastic Scot and National Heritage employee, Gillian Sutherland. She’s hosting a genuine Scottish event, complete with a Touch of Tartan theme. Gillian aims to impress her guests—35-year-old emergency call handler Melissa Kirby, 58-year-old property mogul David Edes, 24-year-old hair stylist and socialite Zarina Ainslie, and 24-year-old personal trainer Jamie Tulloch—by serving a traditional menu featuring top-notch local ingredients and plenty of bagpipe music.
