Arthur finds himself behind bars following a drug bust when he unknowingly acquires a European-imported vehicle. Determined to uncover the source, Terry embarks on a relentless pursuit of the seller. After an exhaustive chase, he finally apprehends the driver. However, just as Terry arrives back at the police station, he learns that Arthur is being released from custody.
