Episode Overview

Arthur is in the business of selling tracksuits and watches to a group of Russian sailors. However, trouble arises when one sailor disappears in an attempt to defect, complicating matters further as the bank declines to accept the foreign currency. Meanwhile, Arthur's nephew, Nigel, starts a new job at the car lot, adding a fresh dynamic to the unfolding chaos.
