Episode Overview

Arthur faces financial turmoil when his bank manager refuses to increase his substantial overdraft. To make matters worse, the sheriff seizes his car lot and inventory due to unpaid debts. As he considers the possibility of retirement, he discovers a major hurdle: he hasn't contributed to National Insurance since 1956, leaving him ineligible for a state pension.
