Frank's 40th birthday bash at Hotel Josty is meant to be a grand affair. Casper, his best friend for over a decade, is ready to lead the celebrations as the toastmaster. However, when he proposes to donate his sperm so Mia and Frank can start a family, the atmosphere shifts dramatically. Meanwhile, Frank inadvertently jeopardizes Mia's chance to live near her young niece.
