Overview
A year following the events of the original film, Stargate SG-1 unfolds as the U.S. government discovers the Stargate, an ancient alien artifact capable of connecting to a vast network across various planets. Tasked with exploration and defense, SG-1 is a premier Air Force special operations team among several others from Earth. Their mission is to navigate the galaxy, encountering and combating formidable alien adversaries, including the Goa'uld, Replicators, and Ori, as they strive to protect humanity from extraterrestrial threats.
