Episode Overview

Herman's family boosts his self-esteem in two surprising ways. First, Eddie expresses his desire to nominate Herman for the Father of the Year Contest. Shortly after, Marilyn decides to create a clay bust of him. When she mentions to her art professor that the sculpture depicts a living person, he mistakenly believes he has stumbled upon a missing link in evolution. This leads to Herman being called to the professor's office for an evaluation, all the while thinking he’s going to receive an award and exciting gifts.
