On Halloween night in Los Angeles, Cream Corn persuades BD and the Crew to attend an extravagant street festival where everyone is boldly expressing themselves. The atmosphere is vibrant and joyful until a shocking murder occurs—the Emcee is shot dead in plain sight! The mysterious assailant sets up BD and the Crew as scapegoats, forcing them to flee for their lives. Now, they must navigate the city while evading every colorful gang from West Hollywood, all the while trying to prove their innocence and uncover the truth behind the chaos.
