To ensure the dirt remains intact for the Festival of Dirt in Filthingham, Mayor Austin Stinkypants imprisons Tyrone, Tasha, and Uniqua's soap in the dungeon, preventing them from getting clean. Determined to regain their cleanliness, Tyrone embarks on a journey through Purewood Forest to find Pablo, the Robin Hood of Cleanliness, hoping he can assist them in washing away their grime.
