Mark and Sam believe they have an open-and-shut case reminiscent of "Romeo and Juliet," involving two feuding families, until their main witness is caught lying on the stand to shield the true eyewitness of a family member's murder. Meanwhile, Amy is livid with Mark when a hidden truth comes to light, prompting her to insist that they take a break from each other.
