Lilo discovers the pod containing Experiment #509, a plant-based creation. Eager to uncover its purpose, she faces resistance from Jumba, who secures the pod. Undeterred, Lilo makes a wager with Mertle, ultimately breaking the lock and activating Experiment #509, naming it Sprout. Chaos ensues at the Kauai Town Fair as Sprout's powers spiral out of control, leading to an unexpected showdown between Stitch and a cowboy.
