In Experiment #010, we meet Felix, a meticulous neat-freak obsessed with cleanliness. Frustrated by its incessant tidying, Jumba decides to reprogram Felix into Experiment #10.2, now called Oscar. However, the transition doesn't go as planned, and Oscar doesn't function as Jumba intended.
