In the Season 3 opener, several months following Peter's death, Megan is back on the job, only to find herself partnered with Detective Sullivan, an old acquaintance. Together with Sullivan's rookie partner, they face the chilling threat of a serial killer preying on young war veterans. Tension escalates when Megan receives a disturbing call from the murderer, revealing that he has taken her teenage daughter, Lacey, hostage, raising the stakes to a terrifying level.
