Episode Overview

In a mental health facility, a teenage girl with schizophrenia is discovered dead under mysterious circumstances. Megan and Tommy begin their investigation by speaking with Darby, a seemingly coherent young patient. Darby reveals she witnessed the murderer emerge from a heating vent and, even more alarmingly, claims the assailant intended to target her instead of the deceased. Their inquiry leads them to suspect Dr. Malcolm, the head of the ward, who appears to be hindering their efforts to uncover the truth behind the chilling crime.
