Episode Overview
Jon and Sindy are coaching a BMX team for kids, while Ponch looks after a troubled young boy who has been vandalizing his school. Ponch hopes to inspire him to join the BMX team. Meanwhile, the sergeant's son suffers a serious accident, leaving Joe feeling responsible and overwhelmed with guilt. This turmoil affects his focus, causing him to make several errors at work.
