Episode Overview

In a burst of spontaneity, Dick decides to send his latest manuscript to his publisher using the pen name he adopted in his early writing days, Dwight Schmidlapp. However, the submission gets turned down, leaving Dick feeling dejected. He soon spirals into a slump as he confronts the unsettling truth that he’s been merely 'coasting' in his writing journey.
