Carol is set to perform at church on Christmas, but just days before the service, she unexpectedly loses her voice. At the mall, a determined Cindy approaches Santa Claus with a heartfelt wish for Carol to regain her voice in time for the holiday. Meanwhile, Alice and the children struggle to conceal the Christmas presents around the house, making the task much more challenging than they anticipated.
