Episode Overview

Rachel Wade and Sarah Luderman find themselves in a fierce online rivalry for a boy's affection, which soon spills into the real world. When Sarah crosses a line by confronting Rachel at her home after publicly shaming her, Rachel, fueled by anger, grabs a knife and fatally wounds Sarah. Meanwhile, Caroline Young, in a fit of desperation over her grandson potentially leaving for his biological father, attacks her two young grandchildren, ages 6 and 4, before turning the knife on herself, though she survives—all witnessed by her daughter. Elizabeth Duncan, whose son Frank has always been her steadfast support, spirals into jealousy when he marries his pregnant girlfriend, who had cared for Elizabeth during a dark time. In a twisted turn, Elizabeth resorts to harassing the couple and hires two petty criminals to eliminate Frank's wife and their unborn child.
