Episode Overview

One tenant at The Sanford Arms is short on cash for his rent, so he leaves his pet elephant, Fred, as a form of collateral. Before long, Fred faces pressure from a city official concerned about having an elephant in the area. To turn things around, Fred devises a plan to generate some income by hosting a mini-circus. In the show, Bubba takes on the role of a clown, Esther dazzles as a fire-eater, and Lamont impresses as a weight lifter.
