Ickis is smitten at first sight when he sees the loud, hook-nosed Judy performing at a Punch and Judy show on the corner. Oblivious to the fact that she’s just a puppet, Ickis confides in his friends about his newfound affection. Eager to help him win her over, they devise a plan for Ickis to impress his beloved and express his emotions.
