Episode Overview
The Sea Shell Motel, a 24-room establishment in Virginia Beach, is struggling financially. Upon his arrival, Anthony discovers that the elderly owner is resistant to change, adamantly refusing to issue refunds for subpar rooms and inadequate service. Meanwhile, the owner's daughter and her husband are plotting to take control of the business, but the other daughter has her own vision for the future that could disrupt their plans.
