Episode Overview

Shirley musters the courage to request a pay increase from Rob, leaving him taken aback. However, he has his own surprise for her—he's brought on a new waitress, Liz. Unfortunately, Liz's constant clumsiness quickly frustrates Shirley to the point of resignation. Things take a turn when Shirley later catches Liz stealing from the cash register.
