Big Earl has been relentlessly coaching Little Earl's basketball team, always urging the kids to give it their all. When he receives an undercover assignment, he needs a substitute coach and turns to Dwayne. However, Dwayne’s laid-back approach is a stark contrast to Big Earl's intensity, and surprisingly, the team starts winning games for the first time.
