In Iowa, Todd Mullis, a hog farmer, reported that his wife, Amy, had an accident with a four-pronged corn rake. Their teenage son discovered her and they hurried to the hospital, where she was declared dead. However, when authorities examined Amy's body and discovered more than four puncture wounds, it became clear that her death was not a mere accident.
