Tommy is mistakenly identified as the son of wealthy tycoon Ronald Thump and gets abducted by thugs named Bob and Mike. However, the situation quickly spirals out of control for the kidnappers when Tommy starts to flush their stolen money down the toilet, turning their scheme into a chaotic mess.
